The heart of Cue the Clarity lies in helping women achieve their dreams without getting lost in the hustle and forgetting about themselves.

The longer I’m in business, the more I realized that business and life are completely intertwined.

Having supported thousands of women in businesses from start-ups to multiple millions, I’ve seen (and experienced myself) a self-sacrifice that inadvertently happens when we are chasing our dreams. But, when we take a breath and slow down enough to align ourselves with our true gifts, our own vision of self-expression and own idea of business success and lifestyle, the real magic starts happening and the world shifts.

You are the magic.

Your life and your business are yours to create. You just have to have the courage to step into who you are + who you want to be. best advice: Allow yourself to be seen and let people see the magic you bring.

We know: there is no easy button in business, but I believe, there IS an “easier” button. Becoming a mom changed the way I think about time and money. To me, flexibility means freedom.

I’m also the founder of Lil’ Labels, which I started in 2015. This launched my Amazon expertise and enabled me to retire my husband from his pharmacy career in 2021. He now runs Lil’ Labels.

I co-founded a multi-million dollar coaching + education company in 2017 and exited that position in 2023. We were #466 of the Inc. 5000 fast-growing companies in America list.

I’m now the founder of Cue the Clarity and living my dream of supporting other women, talking business and soaking up all the moments with my kids in this beautiful season of life.

  • I am a first-generation American and my parents and grandparents came to the US in 1975 as refugee immigrants from Thailand. (I am Thai Dam, which means Black Thai – migrant people that ended up in refugee camps during the Indochina/Vietnam war.)

  • I am a grandma’s girl through and through and I believe that women make the world go round. This is why I focus on supporting women – it makes the most impact.

  • I live in Iowa with my husband and two daughters.
